Mumford & Sons are pleased to announce their return to New Zealand next year.
The British Grammy award-winning folk-rock band will support their forthcoming new album, Prizefighter , with three unforgettable nights in 2026, joined by special guests Folk Bitch Trio.
Mumford & Sons will head back with their full-scale arena show in Auckland, for the most in-demand and hotly anticipated live shows for 2026.
Along the way, they’ve collaborated with legends like Bob Dylan, Bruce Springsteen, Joni Mitchell and Pharrell Williams, among others, building genuine creative partnerships. Live performance has defined their story, from global tours and community stopovers.
Through creative changes and evolving sounds, the band remains driven by passion, continually finding new ways to connect with audiences.
These 2026 dates land in the wake of Mumford & Sons’ forthcoming sixth studio album Prizefighter – out on 1the 3rd of February via Gentlemen of the Road/Island Records, a new chapter co-produced with The National’s Aaron Dessner and featuring guest appearances from Hozier, Gracie Abrams, Chris Stapleton and Gigi Perez.
Arriving just months after 2025’s Rushmere, Prizefighter finds the band in a remarkably prolific, re-energised phase, and these shows will give fans the first chance to experience the new songs alongside the anthems that have defined their career.
