Taking inspiration from Mediterranean cuisines, the new menu features fresh on the palate additions like linguine vongole with little neck clams, riso verde with zucchini flower, crayfish meatball with prawn head bisque or Wakanui beef carpaccio.
New additions also include sharing options! Indulge in the burrata with zucchini caponata, sultana and chilli or the light and zingy market fish crudo with salsa verde, baby capers and anchovy.
