At the roaring end of World War II, May 8th 1945, it seemed like everyone was celebrating the official end of the war. All of Europe flooded the streets rejoicing. All except two, one 14 year old Margaret and one 19 year old Elizabeth. Directed by UK director Julian Jarrold, A Royal Night Out is a film about ‘one perfect evening in the lives of two real-life princesses’ who apparently slipped out to go dancing at the Ritz on V.E night.
