Toy Story 4

Why mess with perfection? It’s the question on everybody’s minds as Disney rolls out another installation of the already-perfect Toy Story franchise. Could it be the cherry on top of an iconic series? Or will it be the worst ending since Game of Thrones? Only time will tell.
Men In Black: International
13th June
Chris Hemsworth and Tessa Thompson head up an all-star cast in this new instalment in the Men In Black franchise. Alongside Liam Neeson, Emma Thompson, Rebecca Ferguson, Kumail Nanjiani, and Rafe Spall, Hemsworth and Thompson team up to defend the world from forces of intergalactic evil.
Expect more of the same: cool suits, hordes of anonymous agents, and a whole bucketload of alien butt-kicking. What’s new? It’s in London, baby! Stay tuned for Fennec and Friend’s review next week.
Yesterday

The trailer has already generated heaps of excitement for this quirky flick, written by Richard Curtis, the mind behind such classics as Love, Actually and Bridget Jones’s Diary.
Jack Malik (Himesh Patel) is a struggling singer-songwriter who wakes up after being hit by a bus during a strange global black-out to find that The Beatles have been erased from history, and only he can remember their music. The film follows Jack’s ascension to super-stardom, as he capitalises upon his private archive of history’s greatest pop songs.
Anna
20th June
Russian supermodel Sasha Luss plays secretive super-assassin Anna Poliatova in this highly charged action flick. Anna promises spectacular fight sequences, taking out more anonymous bodyguards than a whiskey-fuelled weekend with Liam Neeson. Just remember to grab some popcorn.
The Secret Life of Pets 2
20th June
The sequel to, you guessed it, The Secret Life of Pets sees Max the terrier faced with a terrible challenge to overcome. His owner Katie has married, and there’s a new kid on the block: her new baby Liam. Expect fun, frivolity, and plenty of fur.
Parasite
27th June
From the director of Okja comes this Korean-language dark comedy about a family in crisis. Ki-woo, the son of two unemployed layabouts, finds work as an English tutor for the daughter of the rich Parks family. Soon, he manages to wangle his entire family into the employment of the Parks, who have no clue that all their new employees are related.
Parasite won the Palme d’Or at this year’s Canne Film Festival, the first Korean film to do so. Stay tuned for Fennec and Friend’s review next week.
