Your average Kiwi loves a good pie, but the Roti Bros have a passion for pastry-filled goodness that might top them all. Varun, Logan and Ollie started inventing over lockdown; it started with a butter chicken filling and some leftover freezer roti, and the first pie was born.

“We have a love for roti, a love for pies, a love for South East Asian and Indian Cuisine, and just delicious food in general.”

The Bros have some exciting news to share, and by news, we mean pies because they want everyone to have the chance to try their deliciousness. Not only can you get their pies from the Commercial Bay store seven days a week, but the Roti Bro’s trailer is going on tour this summer.

Hitting the markets and festivals, there is a chance for everyone to try their chewy, crispy, flatbread creations.

So where exactly can you find them? In December, the team will be at the Coatsville Market, Christmas in the Park, Hidden Valley and Rhythm and Vines. Why wouldn’t you want to see out the new year with a great pie?

In January, the truck will feed the fans at A Summer’s Day Live with UB40 and Fat Freddy’s Drop in Matakana. Then they will road trip down to Nest Fest and the Hawkes Bay Farmers Market.

With an awesome range of pies that vary from the classic Butter Chicken to some limited editions to keep an eye out for, there is a tasty flavour for everyone.
