Truffle Season begins at Voco Auckland’s Italian Trattoria and Bar Albert

The highly anticipated winter truffle season is being celebrated at Voco Auckland City Centre with truffle-infused dishes and cocktails this June.

Relaxed, all-day trattoria Mozzarella & Co. will offer a signature truffle pizza as the centrepiece of its seasonal offerings. It features high-quality truffle oil, truffle mushrooms, and freshly shaved truffles for an indulgent sensory experience that umami aficionados will appreciate.

For diners looking to enhance their long lunch or dinner experience, Mozzarella & Co. can add freshly shaved truffle to any main dish for just NZD 12, providing an indulgent touch of edible ‘black gold’ to their plate.

Voco Auckland City Centre’s sophisticated rooftop venue, Bar Albert, has also joined the winter fungi celebration with an exclusive truffle cocktail, specially crafted to complement the prized ingredient’s unique flavour profile.

Bar Albert’s limited-edition truffle cocktail is a heady mix of Truffle oil-washed Vodka, Amaro, Montenegro, lemon, and foamed saline solution, set to get tastebuds talking. Bar Albert diners can also get their fungi flavour fix by adding shaved truffle to their bar snacks.
