Kai Eatery started in Auckland in 2016 as a night market stall. As there was a minimal existence of restaurants from Taiwan, Kai decided to build an eatery that showcased Taiwanese cuisine.

At Kai Eatery they don’t skip on the good stuff. They use 100% chicken breast in their XL fried Chicken and 14 secret ingredients that marinates it, then it is finished with specific production techniques to ensure juicy, tender and flavoursome fried chicken every time.
