TV Show Top Picks For June On Neon

Neon has released its exciting line-up of TV shows to be premiered online in June.

First and foremost is the streaming platform’s newest show, The Idol, starring Lily-Rose Depp and Abel Makkonen Tesfaye (otherwise known as The Weeknd).

The Idol

This new sultry series follows artist Jocelyn (Depp) after a nervous breakdown derailed her previous tour. Determined to make a comeback as America’s greatest and sexiest musician, her ambition is reignited when she meets Tedros (Tesfaye), a nightclub organiser with a dark past.

Returning series airing in June include Sex And The City reboot, And Just Like That.

And Just Like That

The new season reunites Miranda, Carrie, and Charlotte for another stylish and sure-to-be drama fuelled season, with the return of fan-favourite love interest Aiden.

The American Revolution has arrived in the new season of Outlander.

Outlander

Armies are marching across America as Jamie, Claire, Brianna, and Roger face challenging decisions that could fracture the family.

The Righteous Gemstones

The third season of The Righteous Gemstones will see the spoiled Gemstone Children with new power as they take control over the church. The responsibility and leadership, however, pose challenges greater than could have been predicted, with the price of their luxurious lifestyle at a significant cost.

Awkwafina Is Nora From Queens

Awkwafina returns for a third time delivering more painfully relatable (if you’re unlucky) and sometimes unbelievable life experiences through Nora From Queens in this latest season, following consistent themes of success and self-identity, and with warmth and heart of family and the worries of Grandma getting older. The new season is sure to provoke belly laughs and second-hand embarrassment from viewers globally.

American Auto

American Auto is back with its second season, the hilarious workplace comedy from the creator of Superstore. The corporate executives of Payne Motors are at a crossroads, to adapt to the changing times or be sent to the junkyard.
