Prime Video released the official trailer of Red, White and Royal Blue this weekend, based on Casey McQuiston’s New York Times best seller of the same name and fans are going crazy about how fantastic it looks.
The story follows Alex Claremont-Diaz, the son of the President of the United States, and Britain’s Prince Henry, who despite being so far away, dislike each other yet have so much in common with each other.
With their stunning good looks, undeniable charisma, and international popularity, the long-running feud between them has not really been an issue, until a disastrous public royal event disrupts the British-American relations.
The staged truce between these handsome young gentlemen, played by Taylor Zakhar Perez (The Kissing Booth) and Nicolas Galitzine (Cinderella, Purple Hearts), helps light a spark and unexpectedly form something more than just a friendship.
The movie also stars Stephen Fry, Uma Thurman, Akshay Khanna among others and is the directing debut of Tony Award-winning playwright Matthew López (The Inheritance).
Red, White & Royal Blue premieres globally on the 11th of August, next month, exclusively on Prime Video.
