What’s On | Prime Video August’23

Here’s what to look forward to on Prime Video next month!

The Lost Flowers Of Alice Heart is a family drama spanning decades of Alice’s life, her violent childhood, the death of her parents and the many secrets of Thornfield’s farms where she lives with her grandmother. Premiering on the first weekend of August, this show stars Frankie Adams, Asher Keddie and everyone’s favourite, Sigourney Weaver.

Based on best-selling author Casey McQuiston’s novel of the same name, Red, White and Royal Blue releases on the 11th of August, showcasing the feud and unexpected relationship between the son of the U.S. President and Britain’s Prince Henry, starring Taylor Zakhar Perez and Nicholas Galitzine respectively.

Anthology series Cruel Summer Season 2 returns with a brand-new cast and mystery set in Chatham, an idyllic waterfront town in the Pacific Northwest. The story follows the rise and fall of an intense teenage friendship and the deadly love triangle between Megan, Luke and the new girl in town, Isabella.

Other titles launching in August include Gerard Butler playing an undercover CIA operative stuck in hostile territory in Kandahar; and bad boy-good girl contemporary romance, Beautiful Disaster starring one of the famous Sprouse twins, Dylan, alongside Virginia Gardner.
