Aqua S has finally arrived in Auckland. The sea salt inspired ice cream parlour has officially opened on Queen Street as of July 9. Launched in Sydney in 2015, the instagramable soft serve store is known for it unusual flavour combinations and excessive toppings. They are primarily known for their sea salt flavoured soft serve but also have a range of flavours for those customers who aren’t too keen on a salty treat.
Changing their range every two weeks, customers are treated to a variety of flavours such as; tofu, milo, elderflower, rose lychee, black sesame, honey lavender, chai latte and egg pudding. What makes these ice creams worth the $8 price tag though is the array of over the top toppings. Choose from a cotton candy cloud, a giant roasted marshmallow, popping candy and caramel popcorn.
