This year Auckland’s Festival of Photography runs from May 28 – June 20. The Festival, which aims to encourage the public to celebrate the art of photography, brings together talent from around the country including students, artists, professionals, curators and amateurs. New Zealand’s only photographic festival consists of over 60 exhibitions spread across Auckland in galleries, project spaces and public sites such as the newly refurbished Silo 6 in Wynyard Quarter. The annual Whitecliffe Festival Tuesday, opens 6pm June 2nd and offers complimentary Whitecliffe festival van trips to 10 galleries on the Tuesday circuit. The vans will be picking up and dropping off every 20 minutes and you can get on and off as you please!
