Kingsland Brewery Urbanaut Brewing Co. has worked with renowned multi-disciplinary artist ASKEW ONE and Ponsonby’s Limn Gallery to produce their first ever ARTIST SERIES edition of the popular Brixton Pale Ale.
The limited edition can features all new artwork by ASKEW ONE.
ASKEW ONE is widely regarded for his graffiti art paintings, remaining at the forefront of the movement for the last 20 years.
Limn Gallery is New Zealand’s largest and foremost Urban & Contemporary Art Gallery, located in the heart of Auckland at 119 Ponsonby Road. The gallery specialises in prints, originals, and designer toys by artists across New Zealand and around the world.
The limited edition ARTIST SERIES can arrives alongside the upcoming Limn Gallery show THE MAIN LINE, an homage to graffiti on New Zealand’s most iconic freight carriage. ASKEW ONE is one of 27 artists taking part in the exhibition, which runs 9-24 April.
Brixton Pale Ale is well-balanced and full-bodied, with an aroma of fresh tropical fruits. Subtle bitterness comes forward with fruity and spicy notes, with pale malts showcased in a light auburn appearance.
The limited edition ARTIST SERIES cans of Brixton Pale Ale are available for limited pre-order from Urbanaut, shipping on 11 April.
