Craving something sweet? These new candles smell good enough to eat.
Glasshouse Fragrances has just dropped two deliciously nostalgic scents that belong in your home and your dessert dreams. The latest arrivals in the best-selling Sugar Coated Collection, Sweetie Pie and Peanut Butter Cups, are unapologetically indulgent – rich, buttery, and almost too good to burn.
Sweetie Pie wraps you in the scent of a warm banana pie straight from the oven, dripping with caramel and vanilla cream. With notes of banana, coconut, maple syrup and praline, it’s basically comfort in candle form – the kind you light on a rainy Sunday with absolutely no guilt.
Peanut Butter Cups, on the other hand, is full-blown dessert decadence. It’s rich, nutty, and perfectly layered, with hits of roasted peanuts, chocolate, icing sugar and a swirl of coffee bean for depth. It clings to the air like your favourite guilty pleasure – and honestly, resisting it feels pointless.
“We’ve spent years perfecting these scents,” said Nicole Eckels, CEO and Founder of Glasshouse Fragrances. “It all comes down to the ratio – chocolate, peanut butter, banana, caramel and sugar have to be just right.”
Both candles are poured into pearlised jars and wrapped in the Sugar Coated collection’s signature striped packaging – playful, nostalgic, and made to be displayed. They’re also free from parabens, silicones, and sulphates.
If you’ve ever wished your home could smell like a bakery without having to preheat the oven, this is your moment. Just don’t be surprised if guests ask what you’re baking.
