Drake booed off stage

Drake what?

Yes, as hard as it is to believe, global superstar Drake actually got booed off stage while performing at Tyler, the Creator’s concert on the weekend.

The crowd’s reaction came from believing Tyler, the Creator’s surprise guest, at his annual Camp Flog Gnaw festival, would be Frank Ocean.

In the middle of his song “Wu-Tang Forever”, the rapper addressed the angry crowd.

“Make some noise for yourself tonight,” Drake said. “I’m here for you tonight. If you want to keep going, I will keep going. What’s up?”

Surprisingly, the boo’s only got louder, with many fans shouting “No!” and “We want Frank!”

The 33-year-old soon took the hint and left the stage twenty minutes before he was meant to finish his set.

“It’s been love.

“I love ya’ll. I go by the name of Drake. Thank you for having me.”

Following the awkward incident, many fans have taken to social media to show their support for the artist.

“Frank not performing is exactly what a crowd who would boo Drake deserves,” tweeted one user.

“The disrespect is astounding,” another said.
