Euro Brings Paris To The Table

Boldly romantic, effortlessly elegant and culturally captivating – features which form the fundamentals of Paris and have inspired the exquisite new aperitif menu available now at Euro.

Paris, Je t’aime is Euro’s love letter to the City of Light, a curation of cocktails capturing the very essence of the French capital in partnership with G.H.Mumm champagne – perfect if dinner’s not quite on the cards or an impromptu catch up is calling.

Pop down to the bar and enjoy four delicious tipples, crafted to imbibe on their own or alongside a selection of specially designed hors d’oeuvres created by executive chef Gareth Stewart.

Start with a flute of Mumm Grand Cordon, the Champagne house’s signature drop, then enjoy the aptly named ‘Appletizer’ which combines Calvados, a fruity spirit from Normandy, with Ricard, a liquorice flavoured aperitif created in Marseille and cordial from locally grown apples and pears.

Saunter on through the line up with the sumptuous ‘Midnight in Paris’, made with the quintessential French pairing of Cognac and Champagne as well as apricot and raspberries, and round out the evening with the decadent ‘Chocolate Orange Negroni’ with cacao nib, orange zest, gin, Campari and sweet vermouth.

For those feeling peckish, there’s a selection of opulent snacks to accompany. Tuck into duck liver and foie gras parfait with espresso syrup and pistachio, truffle toast with mushrooms duxelles on house-made baguette and charcoal-grilled oyster mushrooms with chives and truffle. Très Magnifique!
