6 x Farrah’s Low Carb Original Wraps
3 chicken breasts
Spice mix of your choice, we used Farrah’s Smoky Chipotle Spice Mix
6 rashers streaky bacon
1 Tbsp oil
2 tomatoes, sliced
2 avocados, diced
Pat chicken dry, then slice in half lengthways so it is like a steak. Coat chicken in the spice mix and season with salt and pepper.
In a frying pan cook bacon until crispy, remove and set aside.
Cook the chicken steaks in the same pan with a Tbsp of oil over a medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side until chicken is cooked through.
Fold your wrap into a pocket by folding the wrap in half and then in half again. See Farrah’s Tips and tricks page to see how to fold it.
Fill each side of the pocket with lettuce, bacon, chicken, tomato, avocado and chipotle mayo.
