To celebrate Matariki, Giapo has partnered with Chef Kevin Blakeman from Beaufort + Co.
The pair created a gluten-free version of the Maori Fried Bread, and sandwiched it with their very own manuka honey ice cream.
It looks absolutely divine and you can even try making it yourself with the recipe on Giapo’s website.
