The highlight of the month is an exclusive tasting event with Chris Scott, Church Road’s award-winning winemaker. Providing a rare chance for guests to interact directly with Chris, attendees will hear the captivating stories behind some of Church Road’s most beloved wines while sampling a diverse selection of varietals. Each ticket includes four pours, including the 1 Single Vineyard Collection and TOM wines, and is accompanied by an individual charcuterie and cheese plate. Somm’s Executive Chef Gavin Doyle has created a new set menu for the month, crafted to complement a glass of 2019 Church Road TOM Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot. Indulge in the flavours of Carrara Wagyu sirloin with Hawke’s Bay jus, chimichurri, and shoestring fries seasoned with rosemary salt, paired with a glass of this renowned red wine for only $75.
