The Gundam universe has steadily expanded, captivating audiences with compelling characters and complex narratives since 1979.
As a forward-thinking brand at the heart of culture, Levi’s has collaborated with the imaginative science fiction of the Gundam universe to create a futuristic collection.
The Levi’s x Gundam SEED collection captures the sci-fi beauty of the mobile suits and the recurring fight between different ideologies, with the 501 jeans and the matching Relaxed Trucker leading the way.
Made from indigo denim with a light stonewash finish, the jeans and jacket feature patterned prints of the Strike Gundam, a blue Dacron backpatch, and a co-branded patch.
The boxy and cropped Technical Anorak has a large GAT-X105 Strike Gundam graphic on the back and can be paired with the Cargo Pant, which also features matching piping as well as co-branded Gundam patches on the cargo and back pockets.
There is also an assortment of bold tops, like The Boxy Tee, in two colours: Starbright White and Destruction Black. The dark blue long-sleeve tee features a ZGMF-X10A Freedom Gundam print with a reflective and non-reflective print on the left chest and right sleeve.
The red Hoodie features a glossy GAT-X303 Aegis Gundam print on the centre chest and a jacquard patch on the left sleeve.
The collection is rounded out with co-branded, functional accessories such as the Gundam SEED Harness Bag, the Gundam SEED Accent Pouch and the Gundam SEED Utility Beanie.
The Levi’s x Gundam SEED collection launches globally this February.
