For every occasion, big and small, Sydney now has a new rooftop bar perfect for every celebration.
Located in the heart of an urban oasis, Harper is an extensive open-air rooftop bar on Level 7 of Kimpton Margot Sydney. It features a rooftop pool, colourful pod seating, long dining tables and vibrant greenery.
The contemporary beach club interiors and whimsical pastel hues give the bar a laid-back vibe, making it the place for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city below.
Curated by renowned chef Luke Mangan, the bar’s menu includes contemporary Mediterranean dishes made with fresh, local ingredients designed for sharing.
“Finally, the cat’s out of the bag. Harper Rooftop Bar opens in a couple of weeks, and we can’t wait to see Sydneysiders enjoying this amazing open-air rooftop bar with a rose in hand,” said Mangan.
“We’ve created a delicious Mediterranean-inspired menu full of small, share-style plates using fresh, local produce and plenty of amazing seafood, the perfect combo to celebrate the warm summer days.”
In terms of drinks, Harper redefines the bar experience with its collection of bespoke cocktails, summer-inspired slushies, and award-winning wines, along with a unique build-your-own-martini station.

To kick things off, Harper Rooftop Bar will be home to the Melbourne Cup celebrations with races on the big screens, three hours of free-flowing beer, wine and non-alcoholic options, roaming gourmet canapes, and live DJs spinning tracks at $195 per person.
