Mi Piaci has launched the Myles Boot, a limited-edition design created in close collaboration with their forever muse Rosalie Burns and the brand’s in-house design team.
In the true nature of Mi Piaci design, the collaboration was born out of the New Zealand-based brand’s philosophy for creating modern, classic design that reflects a confident and creative approach to fashion made by women for women.
The collaboration began when Burns was invited to Mi Piaci’s Auckland studio for a design consultation. Together, they explored materials, current fashion trends, and Burns’ personal style and inspirations to develop the silhouette, texture, and tone of what would become the Myles boot.
Inspired by Mi Piaci’s muse and her distinct personal style, the collaboration was brought to life through a shared creative vision.
The Myles boot is a bespoke piece that blends contemporary edge with timeless design. Reflecting Burns’ elevated, minimalist aesthetic, this exclusive collaboration was a perfect match for Mi Piaci’s signature style and considered design philosophy.
Mi Piaci was founded with a shared desire to empower women and embrace freedom of expression. The director and head of design, Louise Anselmi, has been leading with this notion from the beginning.
“Style is an outward expression of an inward sense of self. A non-verbal way of expressing who you are to people, and for me, something I feel inspired by on a daily basis,” said Louise Anselmi.
With only limited pairs made, the Myles boot is an exclusive design which will be available online and in select Mi Piaci stores from the 20th of May.
