The star doors to Pic’s Peanut Butter World have finally opened to peanut butter lovers! Pic’s Peanut Butter World is a purpose-built destination for locals and visitors to Nelson Tasman and a ‘must do’ place to visit for all lovers of peanut butter.
The 3500m² building houses a 500m² foyer featuring an attention-grabbing spiral staircase and public café, offices, as well as an exhibition and tour mezzanine that overlooks the working factory. The new destination also boasts an on-site café which is run by Nelson Tasman’s award-winning coffee company Pomeroy’s, who has been roasting and brewing in Nelson since 1989.
Peanut Butter World is owner Pic Picot’s way of thanking the Nelson Tasman community for the support it has given him, his product, and fifty employees during the last 11 years. “This is a place where our consumers and producers come together.”
Likened to Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, the peanut butter paradise is an NZ must do.
