In celebration of the new season, award-winning French rosé brand Maison Mirabeau has released a variety of new seasonal cocktail recipes using their new Mirabeau’s Dry Rosé Gin.
As the best-selling French rosé brand in the UK, this gin is distilled with a touch of much-loved Maison Mirabeau rosé wine. The pink gin makes a delicious Mediterranean G&T as well as pink versions of some of the classics – Rosé Negroni and Rosé Gin Martini.
Unlike many of its sweet counterparts, Mirabeau Rosé Gin is a true gin with juniper being a dominant component. The delicate signature flavours come from traditional distillation with no need for sugary additions. As its base, Mirabeau has used grape spirit made from upcycled grape skins from the winemaking process and, combined its award-winning Classic Provence Rosé as an element in the distillate. Botanical ingredients, precious to any Grasse Perfumer, add further aromatic layers and complexity. Try making a rosé gin cocktail to impress your friends at your next dinner party or to enjoy by yourself during the warmer seasons that we know and love:
Mirabeau Pink Gimlet
- 50ml Mirabeau Dry Rosé Gin
- 25ml Simple Syrup
- 50ml Lime Juice
- 75ml Mirabeau Pure
- Combine all ingredients into an ice filled
- Cocktail shaker. Shake together and pour into a coupe glass filled with crushed ice.
- Garnish with half wheel of lime and sprigs of thyme.
