Whittaker’s is once again teaming up with Kiwis for kiwi this Easter, but this time one lucky Whittaker’s Chocolate Lover will win the unique experience of naming and releasing a baby kiwi into one of New Zealand’s protected kiwi sites, as well as a year’s supply of Whittaker’s delicious chocolate.

The Great Kiwi Weight & Date Debate competition encourages Whittaker’s Chocolate Lovers who purchase a Whittaker’s Chocolate Kiwi to predict the gender, weight and birth date of a kiwi, due to hatch around Easter time. The Whittaker’s Chocolate Lover with the most accurate guess will be the winner.

The competition runs from now until the kiwi egg hatches, and all Whittaker’s Chocolate Lovers need to do to enter is visit Whittaker’s Facebook page and fill out the entry form, with the help of their product barcode. Everyone who purchases a Whittaker’s Chocolate Kiwi will also be supporting the Kiwis for kiwi Operation Nest Egg initiative, with 20 cents from each Whittaker’s Chocolate Kiwi sold going directly to the charity.

Kiwis for kiwi is an independent charity which aims to protect New Zealand’s most iconic bird and their natural habitat.
