Episode Seven:

There are no more weddings to attend, so this week we are tuning in with some of the couples away on honeymoon. Here is a summary of how they are going:

Elizabeth is very upset as she has not been contacted at all by her new husband Sam. It has been almost a week since he left, and without a single text to his new wife, things are looking a bit dire for the couple.

Martha and Michael head to Samoa where they bond over their shared beauty.

Lauren and Matthew are attempting to turn up the romance with a bubble bath. But rather than getting steamy, things just get sweaty. After several failed attempts to ramp up the romance, the two eventually draw closer together through an emotional confession. Then, just like that, the show is going to have to stop referring to Matthew as ‘The Virgin’ because the two have consummated their marriage. The show responds by now referring to him as ‘The Ex-Virgin’, which would be irritating if it wasn’t so darn funny.

Now for everyone’s favourite couple Ines and Bronson…This honeymoon could possibly go down in history as the worst vacation ever. The two have failed to connect on even the most basic level and end up in a full-blown screaming match, while at sea of all places. There is shouting and swearing and some pretty low blows from both of them. Once the pair finally cool down they head to dinner, where they engage in some weird conversation which seems to pull them closer together? To be honest, this couple is all sorts of confusing.

Cutest Moment of the Episode:

Lauren and Matthew have consummated their marriage, and while he is being grilled by the producers Matt has only positive things to say about his wife. “It was definitely worth the 29-year wait,” he confessed. Cute!

Most Hilarious Moment of the Episode:

Bronson, one of the manliest and well-built men in Australia spends much of the episode roaming around in a bright yellow onesie. As if the sight alone wasn’t hilarious enough, Ines refers to him as a yellow Teletubby, which is surprisingly accurate and extremely funny.
