Here’s how to make your own Aperol Spritz at home!
You’ll need:
Some ice cubes
50ml Aperol
75ml Prosecco
25ml Gin (this is optional)
A dash of soda water
A slice of orange
Firstly, add ice to a large glass. Pour over the Aperol, and then the Prosecco then stir – just once!
Finish with a splash of soda water and a slice of orange.
