These macaroons have a wonderful soft, chewy texture and sweet coconut flavour. They only need 3 ingredients and are very easy to make.
How to make
1. Preheat oven to 160°C.
2. Combine all ingredients and shape heaped teaspoonfuls into balls and place on a lined baking tray. Flatten each ball with a fork.
3. Bake on a middle shelf for 10 minutes or until golden. Once cool, store in an airtight container.
• 2 1/2 cups desiccated coconut
• 400g HIGHLANDER Sweetened Condensed Milk
• 1/2 tsp almond essence
