A series of new luxury apartments have opened up for holiday rentals, and we’ve got a sneak peek inside the stunning build.
The Elms on Lake Hayes, designed by Patterson Architects, sit beside Lake Hayes in Otago, in between Queenstown and Arrowtown. The three apartments share a central single foyer, allowing large groups or families to rent all three for an exclusive, private getaway.
The villas overlook Coronet Peak, and a private footpath leads directly to the walking path around Lake Hayes. Amenities include a cinema room, a sauna, spa, fully equipped kitchen, and multiple large balconies overlooking the lake.
