Halloween is upon us, but traditional pumpkin carving might be on the way out. The latest trend is pineapple carving – Americans are loving the spiky tops, which add hair to the face the pumpkins just don’t have.
Sadly, most New Zealand pineapples don’t have the tops. Despite this the scaled, spiky skin and the bright yellow glow will still make a great addition to the front porch come October 31st.
