Since 1981 the stubby wearing Eddie Grooten started his small Kiwi pie shop at Red Beach providing the Kai for all surfers and beach goers alike. 34 Years later Grooten and his two boys (Tom and Ben) are still at it. With more than 20 flavours including the butter chicken and spinch & feta for the veggie lovers, but nothing beats the Kiwi classic…steak and cheese.
Dad’s Pies is filled with prime NZ beef, the stuff you’d use on your barbie. Recently they have had a complete make over with flash new packaging and lots of exciting things happening this year!
