The Viaduct’s favourite rooftop is now home to “Frosé Your Way” – an exclusive pop-up serving frozen rosé on tap, just in time to liven up those Insta feeds. Take your pick and sip on a selection of two delicious fruity flavours including strawberry and lime and raspberry and passionfruit, then supercharge your slushy with a selection of 10 sweets from the DIY garnish wall. Airplanes, chocolate fish, eskimos and sour snakes – get creative and top it your way with your favourite treats.
Spots are limited, so book early and rally the crew plus enjoy two hours of bottomless frosé and a one-foot pizza every day* for just $49 per person. Plus, a DJ will be on the decks from 4pm Thursday to Saturday with acoustics helping wind down the week from 4pm on Sunday.
