GABRIEL’S BAY

Kerry Mcfarlane is fed up where his life is going, so he hatches a plan to escape to the small beachside township of Gabriel’s Bay.  Little does he know; Gabriel’s Bay has a pile of its own issues to fix. The summery town is in economic ruin; low employment, no tourists coming through and faces a daunting hill road separating the township from the rest of civilisation. On top of that, all the locals have personal issues holding them back.

Kerry comes up with a plan to earn the respect and trust of the town in a bid to turn all their fortunes around.

Set in a warm, quirky and realistic New Zealand setting, Gabriel’s Bay highlights all the everyday struggles and charms relatable to anybody who has lived in small-town New Zealand communities.
