It’s that time of year again when the Fresh Truffle season has arrived. Elmo’s has crafted a special menu to mark the occasion featuring its signature dishes and new creations highlighting the exquisite aroma of the Perigord Black Truffle sourced from the New Zealand Te Puke Truffle Co.
For truffle enthusiasts, this delicacy is as precious as gold, and since truffle season is limited, people are eager to get their hands on the most valuable fungus in the world.
A few must-try dishes from the menu include Buttery soft, thin slices of rare eye fillet, capers, burned lemon, Parmesan, and roasted garlic cream, littered with Fresh Black Perigord Truffle. Or, the Fresh Chitarra pasta tangled with Guanciale, Pancetta, egg yolk, Pecorino, and fresh BlackPerigord Truffle.
Other dishes include the Fluffy burrata, lightly grilled portobello and oyster mushroom, olive oil, and fresh Black Perigord Truffle. And, finally, the Discovery of Truffle Pizza, with Taleggio bechamel, gruyere, 18-month-aged gouda, fresh black truffle (v)
