French cosmeceuticals house, CODAGE Paris, has brought luxury treatments inspired by the precision of French pharmacies to SO/ Spa.
Four CODAGE Paris treatments join SO/ Spa’s evergreen collection, as the French beauty house becomes SO/ Auckland’s flagship treatment provider.
The new treatments, two facials and two body treatments, embody Codage Paris’ focus
on made-to-measure skin health.
- CODAGE COUTURE EXPRESS FACIAL – 30-minute bespoke facial, expertly prescribed to meet your unique skin and wellbeing needs. Fast, effective, and fully customised.
- CODAGE COUTURE FACIAL – A full, 1-hour facial ritual using CODAGE’s personalised serum mixology and Cellular Workout massage technique for visible skin transformation and deep relaxation.
- BODY SCRUB – INTENSE HYDRATION – A 1-hour smoothing exfoliation with sugar and rice particles, followed by the Intense Moisturising Body Milk. Leaves skin deeply nourished and silky-soft.
- BODY SCRUB – ANTI-AGEING & FIRMING – A 1-hour rejuvenating scrub powered by hyaluronic acid, centella asiatica and stem cells to hydrate, tone, and improve firmness and elasticity.
There are no sub-categories of facials to comb through. Instead, the facials see SO/ Spa
therapists expertly dose and blend CODAGE Paris’ powerful actives to create an entirely bespoke answer to any skin need. Ageing, hydrating, brightening- it’s all catered to.
“Serum Mixology” is CODAGE’s name for this practice, developed in-house as a hallmark of all their treatments, ensuring a made-to-measure approach.
CODAGE’s 12 cocktails of active ingredients, known as Nutri-Elements, are inspired by the periodic table of elements. Crafted by their Riviera-set laboratories, each Nutri-Elements is designed to work on one skin need.
Most importantly, Nutri-Elements are designed to be blended, dosed, and layered with one another to deliver all combinations of nutrients to the skin synergistically.
“If I had to pick a favourite escape, it would be the personalised CODAGE Couture Facial,” said SO/ Spa Senior Therapist Piyavee Duignan.
“It delivers real results using pharmaceutical-grade actives, all wrapped in a luxurious French pampering ritual. It’s more than a treatment, it’s a uniquely indulgent spa escape.”
The addition mirrored the global SO/ Hotels and Resorts’ partnership with Codage, which began with the flagship hotel SO/Paris’ incorporation of ‘Maison Codage’ as their in-house day spa upon opening in 2022.
The partnership also mirrored SO/ Spa’s existing focus on the bespoke: SO/ Spa’s unique pricing model sees guests pay by time, not ritual.
Founded in 2010 by siblings Amandine and Julien Azencott, CODAGE Paris was born from a family legacy in medicine and cosmetic science.
