MOCKTAIL: FOREST FRUITS PUNCH

Here at Fennec, we love a good mocktail. With Ti Ora’s new range of high-quality, natural teas, there’s never been a better time to give alcohol-free mixology a try. So we’re showcasing some of the creations of An Nguyen, drinks specialist at Ti Ora and master of mixers!

Ingredients
Two tea bags Ti Ora Fruit Infusion: Forest Fruits with New Zealand Manuka Leaf
120ml Hot Water
20ml Apple Cider Vinegar
50ml Ecology & Co London Dry
1 tsp Maple Syrup
Manuka flower

Method
Brew two bags with hot water and apple cider vinegar for 5 mins. Remove the tea bags and allow it to cool down, then chill.

Once chilled, combine with Ecology & Co London Dry and maple syrup. Mix well. Serve into a coupe glass over a square ice cube.

Garnish with Manuka flower.
