Whittaker’s Hokey Pokey Crunch Ice Cream Shell

INGREDIENTS

  • 125g Block Whittaker’s Hokey Pokey Crunch Chocolate
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil

METHOD

  • Break the chocolate into squares and place together with the coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
  • Melt slowly in short increments (stirring after each) until the chocolate is fully melted.

To serve:

  • Scoop vanilla ice cream into waffle cones and dip ice cream cones in melted chocolate. Serve immediately.
